With over 40 years of experience, Jim is the technical leader of the shop. He is an ASE Certified Master Auto and Truck Technician and a Maryland State Inspector. Jim personally oversees all complex repairs, guaranteeing unparalleled expertise and quality work under the hood.
Lauren Whipple – Co-Owner, Operations Manager
Lauren is the face and operational engine of the business. She manages customer relations, ensuring transparent communication and a stress-free experience for every client. Lauren handles the storefront, billing, and employee management, making sure the shop runs smoothly so the mechanics can focus on your vehicle.
